Seniors team building day at Bowles

While Ellie Douglas may not be as actively involved with

Telstars, due to expecting her first baby, it didn't stop her organising her team mates to attend a team building day at Bowles Outdoor Centre.

Surprisingly with a nine o'clock start, some of the girls had difficulty dressing themselves!! However it didn't take long for their competitive natures to be roused. Two teams of girls completed a timed challenge against each other on "Jacob’s Ladder" and then one at a time they climbed a really tall pole to take the "Leap of Faith".  By this time confidence was at an all time high with girls taking the Leap of Faith in twos and finally the ultimate challenge of doing it blindfold.

Following lunch, some of the group took the opportunuty to have a look at what else was available at the site and are extremely enthusiastic about its possibilities, so much so that Ellie may well be kept busy organising team building days for the whole club!!
