Kim wins Jack Petchey Achievement Award

Recently Telstars Netball Club was successful in its application to join

the Jack Petchey Achievement Award – Gold Scheme.

You will all have received a flyer outlining the scheme.

Kim Piper is our first winner and her award is richly deserved.

She achieved the award for perseverance in fulfilling her netball ambitions and for her positive attitude and commitment to training, coaching and the Club.

She received her award on Tuesday evening at the training session and

gets to spend £300 funding from Jack Petchey on a project of her choice for the club. Kim will pick this from a wish list that has already been made up.

Each month a different young person will be selected from nominations to receive the award.
