Channel is May's Jack Petchey winner

Channel Charlery won the Jack Petchey achievement award for the month of May.

She has had an amazing year in terms of her performance in reaching the England U19 squad.

This has not stopped her using her spare time to pass her "C" award umpire test  and contribute to club by helping with the umpiring rota. She also has shown her commitment by spending time coaching other club members.

Well done Channel, a top award for all your hard efforts.

In future, the Jack Petchey Achievement Award winners and their achievements will be able to be seen on the newly formed Jack Petchey Roll of Honour page accessed from our home page. Every month will see one of our members being honoured for her special achievements. Remember to use the nomination forms to put forward any member you feel has achieved in some way, it does not have to be the best at their sport. While our two recent winners are both super netballers, it is for their commitment and dedication at club and with their fellow players that they have been recognised as achievers.
